Champion Dog Grooming Supply is offering a discount of $2.00 off the shipping charge for each additional item purchased for multiple purchases sent to the same mailing address. This amount will be automatically DEDUCTED at your time of checkout
ALL U.S. ORDERS COME WITH AN ONLINE TRACKING NUMBER!
All delivery confirmation numbers are issued and kept in our online tracking program. You will receive a delivery confirmation email which will include the link for online tracking. Just type (or copy and paste) the sales number you receive in that email, into the search box on our tracking system ( ) and the USPS delivery confirmation number will appear. That number then can be entered into the USPS web site to track the package.
All optional insurance will cover your shipment for the amount of your item against lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery. After the required delivery time has passed (as stated above) and we can not confirm delivery of your item, a new item will be shipped to you. If delivery is confirmed by the carrier, you will need to contact your local carrier who will have knowledge of where your package was delivered. Any and all confirmed deliveries will not be covered under this insurance.
Any items damaged in transit will have to be returned to us for inspection before any reship or refund.
Please note that no insurance means no reship or refund!
Returns
Any item may be returned within 7 days of receipt of order (we will use the delivery confirmation date) provided the item is returned in the original new condition, unopened and undamaged. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed and a 10% restocking fee may apply unless there was an error in the order by us. We are not responsible for mistakes by the Post Office. We also suggest you buy insurance and use delivery confirmation on all returns. Please note this expense will not be reimbursed. We also will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
